Governing law

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or your access to or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), prior to recourse through formal litigation.
